A After receiving the client's drawings, we can produce a preliminary plan within 24hours at the earliest. Generally, it takes 2-3 days. During this time, we need to maintain communication with the client. The final time is subject to actual availability.

A Once the customer confirms the proposal, signs the contract, and pays the down payment, we typically ship within 10-14 days.

Q How long does it take to customize custom-made special-shaped panels and metal formwork?
A For custom-made special-shaped panels, using aluminum or steel alloys, the customization and production time is approximately 7-10 days. For custom-made special-shaped panels using other alloys or completely new formwork specifications,the production time is approximately 45 days.

Q What after-sales service is available?
A Upon product arrival, we will agree on a technical support period. Generally, we provide assembly guidance for the first three floors within 30 days. Additional technical support fees will apply for any additional floors beyond this time frame.Special arrangements can be made for special-shaped floors as needed. If any parts are missing or damaged upon product arrival, we will promptly resend them if the damage is caused by our fault. If the damage is caused by a third-party carrier, the third-party carrier will be responsible for compensation.
