CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
Structural Line
After checking and verifying the leveling of slab, structural line must be indicated as per architectural and section drawings.
Off-Set Line
This is the setting out line that is "snapped" onto the concrete surface and offset normally 300mm from the internal face of the external wall.
Concrete Level Survey
Leveling must be checked prior to commencement of formwork installation to ensure accurate positioning.
Others - Vertical Rebar, M&E & Plumbing
The support works such as vertical rebar, mechanical & electrical and plumbing are to commence immediately once the installation is completed and confirmed by the project surveyor.
Wall Panel Positioning (I/C + Wall)
All setting must start with the positioning of I/C and wall. at the first setting, it is extremely important to apply sufficient quantity of form oil.
Beam & Slab Soffit Length
Starting from one side of the beam, fix the beam side to the beam soffits inserting the pins through the h[o]lling of the beam side into the beam soffit.

PROJECT & DELIVERY PROCESS
Metal Formwork Production & Delivery Process | INGKOL
As a reliable metal formwork supplier, we follow a clear and transparent process to ensure on-time delivery and keep your construction project on track. We keep you updated at every step, with no hidden delays or unexpected changes.
01. Intent Deposit & Drawing Refinement
Once we receive your intent deposit, we start detailed drawing refinement. This stage normally takes 2 weeks, with flexibility based on your communication and feedback speed.
02. Formwork Design & Panel Matching
After drawings are approved, we complete formwork design and panel layout within 10 working days. We then confirm the final quantity and total project cost for your approval.
03. Prepayment & Mass Production
We require a minimum 30% prepayment to launch formal production. Standard production takes at least 2 weeks, depending on your order size and product type.
04. Factory Inspection & Optional Pre-Assembly
International clients are welcome to inspect finished goods at our factory. Pre-assembly testing is available for an additional fee if you need on-site verification before shipment.
05. Packing & Export Documentation
Classified packing takes about 7 working days. We prepare all customs and shipping documents in advance, so we can arrange immediate shipment once packing is finished.
06. Balance Payment & Shipment
Final payment must be completed before shipment. Our standard trade terms are FOB and CIF, and we accept T/T payment. We also support multiple currency settlements to accommodate your local business needs.
07. For simple standard products (pool tanks, road baffles, etc.)
Once dimensions are confirmed, the entire process (design to shipment) can be finished in just 2 weeks.
08. For clients with existing BOM/panel list
We skip the design phase and move straight to production, saving you time and unnecessary costs.
