Construction Challenges:
1. Complex building structure with many bay windows, structural columns, and irregular components, leading to high risk of errors in formwork matching.
2. Inconsistent architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, causing conflicts between reserved openings and junction boxes.
3. Numerous floors in the super high-rise, leading to cumulative errors in dimensions and verticality.
4. Inadequate pre-construction detailing, leading to arbitrary on-site cutting/drilling that damages aluminum formwork reusability.

1. Full-discipline BIM detailing in advance: One-time formwork matching for walls, columns, beams, slabs, bay windows, and openings, with pre-coordination of MEP pipelines and embedded boxes.
2. Unified modules for standard floors, and custom formwork for non-standard floors to reduce on-site cutting.
3. Establish a vertical control line verification system for each floor, correcting axes and verticality at every level to eliminate error accumulation.
4. Special review of detailed drawings, signed and confirmed prior to factory production.
