Client Pain Points：
1. Conflicts between civil engineering and MEP, door/window, and secondary structure drawings; bay windows, balconies, structural columns, and water-stop kickers not detailed in one go.
2. Unreasonable panel layout for door/window openings, internal/external corners, and exterior wall lines; excessive joints leading to grout leakage and offsetting.
3. No pre-assembly at the factory, resulting in large on-site dimensional deviations and frequent rework.

1. Conduct full-discipline aluminum formwork detailing in advance, integrating structural columns, kitchen/bathroom kickers, door/window rebates, and drip lines into one-time cast-in-place.
2. Optimize panel layout design: use dedicated corner aluminum for internal/external corners to reduce scattered small panels; install standard K-plates on exterior walls to control inter-floor offsetting.
3. Conduct 1:1 trial assembly and numbering at the factory; pack and deliver only after passing inspection, then assemble on-site by number.
