Annual Review and Future Outlook
To all global contractors, engineers, and partners:
On July 1, 2025, Ingkol Metal officially embarked on its journey to enter the global market. Although only half a year has passed, for the Ingkol team, this was not just the six months of the brand's start-up, but also the six months during which we deeply integrated the manufacturing genes of our parent company, Yonfron Group, with modern international engineering demands.
Under the leadership of General Manager Borui Yang, we adhered to the concept of "understanding engineering, understanding manufacturing, and understanding finance", moving from the production workshop in Xi'an to the construction site in Central Asia. Not only did we deliver the products, but we also won international trust through innovative business models.
2025: From Start to Deep Dive into Central Asia
Over the past six months, our journey has demonstrated Ingkol's speed. In August, we successfully launched our presence on Alibaba International Station and quickly received our first overseas order; subsequently, we hosted a customer inspection team from Australia, showcasing our sophisticated production line and quality control system. More strategically, we have made a deep exploration of the Central Asia market. We visited multiple construction sites in Bishkek, Tashkent and Almaty, conducting in-depth research on the local architectural climate and construction practices. In particular, in December, the delegation of Mr. Umbriel Temiraliev, the General Manager of Bishkek Free Economic Zone, visited us. This not only led to the formation of product intentions but also sparked new thoughts for us to export the "leasing + equipment sharing" model to overseas markets.
2026 Technology Roadmap: Comprehensive Evolution of ZAM Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium Steel Formwork
As an engineering team, we have always believed that the best technology must serve the most demanding and strenuous construction sites. Through communication with front-line contractors, we discovered that although traditional spray-painted steel formwork is sturdy, it has several drawbacks such as easy rusting, heavy maintenance, and damage to the concrete's flatness due to paint peeling over time.
Therefore, we decided to fully upgrade our technology path in 2026: introducing the brand-new ZAM (Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium) zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel. Compared to the traditional Q700 spray-painting process, the ZAM coated steel formwork has extremely strong self-repairing capabilities and outstanding corrosion resistance. Especially in the harsh climate conditions of Central Asia, its durability has significantly improved (IOS, 2017).
The advantage of ZAM steel lies in its unique alloy layer. Even when there are scratches or cutting edges on the template surface, a dense protective layer can be formed through a chemical reaction, thereby preventing the base material from rusting (ASTM International, 2019). For contractors, this means lower maintenance costs, longer service life, and most importantly - a more perfect concrete molding effect.
Integration of finance and industry: Empowering globally with the backing of Yonfron Group
The core strength of Ingkol Metal stems from its parent company, Yonfron Group. The founder and chairman, Mr. Yang Rongfeng, has provided us with a strong industrial chain support: from the advantage of centralized procurement of raw materials in the upstream, to the financial support of commercial factoring and leasing in the downstream.
In 2026, we will not only provide "useful templates", but also through innovative leasing solutions, help overseas customers reduce the pressure of initial procurement. We are well aware that infrastructure construction not only requires steel plates, but also requires flowing funds. We will conduct localized attempts of this mature finance-industry integration model in the Free Economic Zone of Central Asia, truly achieving "Xian-made products, empowering the world".
Be responsible for every project of yours.
From the beginning to the take-off, the Ingkol team has always firmly believed that hard work is the only rule in the engineering industry. If you are planning a new project in 2026, please feel free to communicate with us through ingkolmetal.com or our social channels. We will carefully review each of your drawings, tell the truth, come up with practical solutions, and select the most suitable system for you before the concrete pouring.
