Australian Pembroke executives conducted a site visit to Ingkol and successfully finalized the steel formwork project for the villa in Zimbabwe.

In October 2025, the core executive team of Pembroke Group paid a dedicated visit to Xi’an. The delegation toured Yonfron Group, INGKOL Metal’s intelligent metal production base and local active construction sites, carrying out on-site inspections and in-depth business negotiations. Both parties formally reached consensus on steel formwork support for Zimbabwe high-end residential projects, full-cycle technical services and long-term strategic cooperation in the Australian market.

The leading guest was Shane Edwards, Director of Pembroke Group, who has been deeply engaged in construction and real estate development across Australia and Zimbabwe for years, with extensive cross-border project operation experience. Although the delegation was familiar with building metal formwork application systems, they had never visited original production factories or real engineering application sites in China before. With a well-arranged schedule, the team arrived in Xi’an on the evening of October 16, and launched official inspection and communication during October 17–18. They visited INGKOL Metal’s metal production factory, intelligent manufacturing workshop and product sample exhibition area, and also inspected local active high-rise residential construction sites and finished model rooms. Through the tour, they gained a comprehensive understanding of metal formwork production process, standardized manufacturing procedures, on-site installation standards and actual demolding forming effects.

During the on-site inspection, Shane Edwards focused on the core value advantage of our metal formwork — no secondary plastering required. He witnessed the formwork dismantling and assembly process, as well as the high flatness of walls after demolding, and spoke highly of this technical advantage. It greatly simplifies secondary construction procedures, effectively cuts labor costs, reduces material waste and shortens overall project duration, which highly matches the core demands of overseas high-end residential projects for cost reduction and high-quality construction. This further solidified the foundation of trust for bilateral cooperation.

Based on the group’s global business layout, the delegation introduced the Mykonos Estate high-end duplex residential project in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. Positioned for the local tourism and foreign resident markets, the project plans a total of 22 duplex buildings (44 residential units) and adopts a phased development model, with 16 residential units to be launched in the first phase. Given the shortage of local building materials in Zimbabwe and high reliance on imported engineering materials, the steel formwork system was finally selected after comprehensive evaluation of local construction conditions, cross-border logistics costs and asset residual value recovery after project completion. Compared with aluminum formwork (which offers higher turnover cycles), steel formwork avoids high logistics costs of returning materials to Australia after project delivery. It adapts well to local construction scenarios, can be transferred or disposed of locally after project completion, and reduces overall investment through residual value recovery. Its economic efficiency and implementation feasibility better fit the long-term operation logic of overseas projects.

To support the smooth implementation of this overseas project, INGKOL Metal customized a full-cycle technical support plan for the client: we provide complete installation technical manuals in both paper and electronic versions for on-site construction teams’ reference. At the early stage of the project, our professional technicians will be dispatched to the Zimbabwe construction site for two weeks of on-site guidance. We will also deliver long-term support including remote technical consultation, installation debugging and process optimization. We provide full-process follow-up from drawing optimization, house type formwork matching to on-site construction implementation. This complete service system won high recognition and sincere appreciation from the client.

After the inspection and negotiation, the delegation left Xi’an on October 19. On October 20, the client took the initiative to contact us and officially paid the deposit. The project immediately started preparation work including drawing optimization, house type formwork matching and production scheduling. Meanwhile, both parties agreed on a long-term cooperation plan: the Mykonos Estate residential project in Zimbabwe will serve as the pilot cooperation project. If construction quality, forming effect and cost control meet expectations, INGKOL metal formwork system will be fully adopted, and large-scale in-depth cooperation will be carried out in the group’s key markets such as Queensland, Australia and Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.

In addition, Shane Edwards has issued a formal written authorization, allowing INGKOL Metal to use Pembroke Group’s corporate name, LOGO, on-site factory inspection photos in Xi’an and relevant materials of Mykonos Estate project for official commercial promotion on official website, WeChat Official Account, Alibaba International Station, short video platforms and other business channels. All published content shall be marked as sourced from Pembroke Construction (Private) Limited.

This factory and site visit by the director of Australia’s renowned construction group, along with the rapid confirmation of overseas benchmark project cooperation, not only represents international market recognition of INGKOL Metal’s product quality, production strength, process standards and cross-border full-cycle service capabilities, but also marks an important milestone for the company’s steady layout in Australia and Africa.

Going forward, INGKOL Metal will continue to provide high-performance one-stop metal formwork solutions for global engineering contractors, real estate developers and construction enterprises, backed by strict quality control, standardized products, customized formwork design and cross-border full-cycle technical services. We sincerely welcome global industry partners to visit, inspect and cooperate with us for mutual success.
